Enquiries sent by email

The forms on this website open a message in your own email application. Nothing is stored on this website when you submit an enquiry — the message travels through your email provider to us in the ordinary way.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Records relating to completed work, quotations, invoices and guarantees are kept for as long as required for legal, insurance and tax purposes.
