New roofs, full re-roofs and flat roof replacements carry a 10-year written workmanship guarantee. Repairs and maintenance visits carry 12 months on the work carried out.

- Manufacturer material warranties passed to you in full where the product carries one

- Excludes storm damage, third-party alterations and failure of elements outside the quoted scope
