The problem
Ponding water and blistered felt over a meeting room in daily use. Patch repairs had been carried out twice and were failing at the same laps.
What we did
The solution
Survey and moisture check, strip back to deck, replace saturated boards, install a new warm-deck build-up with upgraded insulation and correctly formed falls and upstands.
Result
The outcome
A single-visit-per-phase programme worked around occupation, no internal disruption, and a roof with drainage that actually sheds water instead of holding it.
