The problem
Water running down the render on every heavy shower, soft fascia behind the guttering and green staining across the wall face.
What we did
The solution
Removed the failed system, replaced decayed timber, fitted new fascia, soffit and deep-flow guttering set to correct falls, and re-sited a downpipe that had never had enough capacity.
Result
The outcome
Rainwater goes where it should, the wall is drying out, and the roofline no longer feeds damp into the building.
